Laser Cutting
We operate Amada Laser technology and can offer our customers accurate Laser cutting through most grades and thicknesses of material.
Our in-house integrated programming can work with customer designs and achieve the most efficient cost saving usage of materials.
Turret Punches
With the latest Amada N/C technology we can manufacture efficiently and accurately to very high standards to meet the demands of our customers. We offer Laser cutting and 4X N/C Turret punches, including the latest EM2510NT, 22 tonne servo electric turret punch, operating our plant 18 hours per day to deliver in full on time.
This model of manufacturing helps give our customers a competitive advantage with the supply of superior products and services on time.
Folding
We have a full range of Amada N/C operated press brakes with capacity up to 100 tonne and 3.0 meters in length.
We carry a full range of press brake tooling for specialised designs and complicated forms.
All machines are operated by experienced, fully trained and skilled personnel.
Welding
We have the capabilities to weld Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Mild Steels using the latest Mig & Tig welding technology.
All our welding staff are trained and tested to very high standards. We pride ourselves on quality and accuracy for all welded products.
Metal Saw
Amada CNC controlled band saw for speed and accuracy.
Timber
Fully equipped timber department. With over 30 years experience in manufacturing, we have developed systems and procedures to handle any breakdowns or delays in production.
Our staff are true craftsmen that can make your bespoke creation or production quantity become a reality.
Critical areas of our plant are duplicated and if necessary, we can utilise a number of sub- contractors as backup.
